4 tips:

to alleviate vaginal dryness

Prolonged and frequent bathing and swimming, especially in heavily chlorinated water, can dry out and irritate the skin in the genital area.

Alkaline soaps or shower gels may disrupt the protective acid mantle of the skin. This also applies to intimate care products, depilatory creams and perfumes.
In general, all cosmetic substances that could cause skin irritation should therefore be avoided in the genital area.

Women with a dry vagina should preferably use sanitary pads instead of tampons during their period to avoid further aggravating the vaginal dryness.

Excessive intimate hygiene, use of perfumed intimate wash lotions, and regular use of moist toilet paper permanently disrupt the skin’s natural protective mantle in the long run and can irritate and dry out the skin in the genital area. Soft, dry toilet paper is better suited for vaginal dryness. Intimate wash lotions, intimate sprays and other intimate care products should be avoided in general.

Which hyaluronic acid (long-chain or short-chain) does the KadeFungin moisturising gel contain?

Relieves symptoms such as burning, itching and soreness immediately. KadeFungin moisturising gel contains long-chain, i.e. high-molecular, hyaluronic acid, which provides moisture and forms a moisturising layer.

Hyaluronic acid, the ingredient of KadeFungin moisturising gel, ensures that a larger amount of water is bound in the genital area and thereby immediately relieves dryness-related symptoms such as burning, itching and soreness.

Does the KadeFungin moisturising gel affect sperm motility?

Due to its physical properties, KadeFungin moisturising gel may impair sperm motility. This should be taken into account if conception is desired.

Can KadeFungin moisturising gel be used prior to sexual intercourse?

KadeFungin moisturising gel can be used prior to sexual intercourse to facilitate penetration. The long-chain hyaluronic acid it contains forms a comfortable lubricating film and can also be used safely with a condom.

Does the use of KadeFungin moisturising gel affect the safety of condoms?

No, the safety of condoms is not affected by KadeFungin moisturising gel. In contrast to other preparations for the treatment of vaginal dryness, KadeFungin is free of lipids and can therefore also be used as a moisturising lubricant with a condom.

How often can the KadeFungin moisturising gel be used?

KadeFungin moisturising gel should be applied to the labia and in the vaginal entrance to relieve dryness-related symptoms such as burning, itching and soreness. If necessary, it can be applied several times a day.

What is the pH of the KadeFungin moisturising gel, and does the application change the natural vaginal milieu?

KadeFungin moisturising gel has a pH of 4 and thus corresponds to the physiological pH of the vagina, which is around 3.8-4.2. The vaginal milieu is therefore not altered by the application.
