Google service reCaptcha

The legal basis for the processing of this data by DR. KADE is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR) to present and share images, texts and other offers and at the same time to receive feedback on the manner and frequency of use of individual elements on the pages.

The data that Facebook processes also include information about how people use The Facebook Products, such as the types of content they view or interact with, or the actions they perform (see “Data made and provided by you and others” in the FacebookData Policy),as well as information about the devices they use (e.g. IP addresses, operating system, browser type, language settings, cookie data; see “Device Information” in FacebookData Policy). What information Facebook actually collects depends on whether and how people use Facebook products.

As explained in the FacebookData Policy, Facebook also collects and uses information to provide analytics services, known as pageinsights,to site operators to help them learn about how people interact with their pages and related content. The processing of personal data for Page Insights is subject to Facebook’s Terms and Conditions for Page Insights.

Page Insights are aggregated statistics that are generated from specific events logged by Facebook servers when people interact with pages and related content. DR. KADE and Facebook Ireland Limited are jointly responsible for the processing of this personal data in events of the Site Insights (“InsightsData”) in accordance with Article 26 GDPR. The joint responsibility includes the creation of these events and their merging into page insights, which are then made available to DR. KADE. The parties agree that Facebook and, where applicable, DR. Content-Delivery-Network

We use a ‘Content Delivery Network’ (CDN for short) offered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (short “Cloudflare”). Cloudflare is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement (privacyshield.gov). We have also signed an order processing contract with Cloudflare to ensure the security of your data.

A CDN is a service that allows the delivery of content from our online offering, especially large media files, such as graphics or scripts with the help of distributed servers, faster and optimizes the loading times of our online offer. For this purpose, the requests of the visitors are first forwarded to Cloudflare.
